So I got here fine. Taxi journey was a bit daunting, getting into a Taxi with no seatbelt or speed limit on my own! Not quite as fast as Sally Saxo mind. I had to push my way through people trying to sell me taxis for 850 Baht, when I knew I could get one for 400 (and I did.. go jos!) Met loadsa people already but none of them came to Bangkok. The journey to my hotel was good but quite depresing seeing homes of metal situated next door to a Temple laced with Gold. Whole families riding on mopeds and people standing in the back of trucks along the motorway, cant really imagine it on the M25.. I'm 100% confident now and my fears have all gone. The people are really friendly and there is so much going on, im not sure whether the smells are nice or not? But the heat is immense. May go off for a Thai massage, its a quid an hour, bit of a rip off eh! Just settled into my hotel seeing that my roomie has already come and gone, so I left her a little note and will meet her later on. Write me some comments. x
