Today we leave Kenya to travel to Tanzania. This trip was a lot better than our last road trip but it was much ,much longer. We left our hotel in Nairobi at 7.30 and made it to the Kenyan -Tanzanian boarder by 12.30 , 5hrs and were not even 1/2 the distance . We travel for another hour and stopped for lunch at Arusha,a large city area , where we met a woman from the tour company who just explain how everything would work, had buffet lunch and it was "on the road again," the time was now 2.00pm , 4hrs later after many off road excursions because of numerous roadworks and our driver stopping at stalls where his obversely was get kick backs we arrived at this most beautiful lodge that over looks Lake Manyara.
