Breakfast completed we now being the last parts of our journey. The bus leaves Marrakesh bound for the Coastal town of Essaouira, which is roughly 41/2 hour drive. Along the way the country side continues its ever present change of colour and shape. Staring out the window my mind starts to wonder back through the journey and the adventure and see that the world is still a great place to live. I've met people of all nationalities and on most occasions we have been able to talk to each other whether that be through voice or hand signals. The key to it all is patience ,just slow down your world and give each other the time to express yourself to them and them to you.
As always there are stops at commercial places and this one for the ladies a beauty shop whose product are made from the oil from the Argan Nut. The girl seem to see what they are selling will be good for them , most buy something. It seems like in the blink of and eye we roll into the town of Essaouira but we are a little early so we go into the port area and with the help of the guide Baddr explore probably for the last time. The town is cover in an ocean fog that does lift all day ,makes it a little bit eerie. After a tour of the town we are all set free to wonder and discover things on our own as the guide believes we are safe in this town.
Shirley need to find a chemist because she has still got this nagging cough and we haven't had lunch . We find both and the little roof top restaurant was by far the best food we had eaten for a while.
Tomorrow is the last day which will see us reach Casablanca ,we will stay there over night then be taken to the airport ,hopefully to get my bag and start our journey home .
Good luck to you Ben and the team .
love John Shirley
P.S wrong town in heading should be Essaouira
