Today was Universal Studios Day. Took Lyft from hotel. No problem. Got to Universal about 8:45. Decided to upgrade ticket to front of line pass. Pricey but it made for a fantastic experience. Uneventful flight Atlanta to LA. Took cab LAX to hotel. 30 min. $55 Had extra time, took Uber from hotel at 901 W Olympic Blvd to La Brea Tar Pits. Uber was great. Showed up in 5 min cost &17 incl tip for 20 min ride. Pleasant driver clean car. Talked real estate prices and taxes. Tar Pits is a do not miss attraction.
