bali was so beautiful in every way. The people were amazingly friendly and gentle, the culture was interesting, the rooms, quality and the beaches stunning. We first went to kuta but moved on quite quick as we were aware af the anniversary of the bombings. went to Ubud, a gorgeous inland town,lush and cultural center. Saw many beautifly places there. Then we went to the islands called the Gilis just off lombok (bali's neighbour). They were so idillic. Horse4 drawn traps the only transport, beaches in the day and yummy seafood at night. Back in bali we enjoyed our time having a very relaxed 'holiday!" stayed at nice beaches, frisbeyed and generally felt truely lucky once again...
