been in pai for ages.

its ok.

did white water rafting and have done a trek. seen tribe and waterfall.

today i did i thai cookery class. it was thoroughly enjoyable.

tomo i ride an elephant. bare back,and get xchucked into river. oh joy.

sorry this is a rubbish msg and theyre getting worse. i go to cambodia on monday.
