Reasons You've Gotta Love Singapore 1. Its crazy rules - no spitting in the street, no peeing, no chewing gum, no jaywalking, no crossing the yellow lines on pavements and train platforms, no eating or drinking on public transport our in MRT stations and no smoking in public areas...a bit restrictive but my god it works so well! 2. Chinatown market - its crowded, its bustling, its like another world. I love it! 3. Public transport - puts us to shame, is amazingly efficient, cheap and actually makes the city a huge profit! 4. The Zoo - like walking through the jungle again puts London to shame! 5. "Graciousness is...." pep talk posters, you see them everywhere in public places encouraging citizenship with funny little characters! 6. Ez - Link Cards - top them up everywhere for rapid payment for every public facility - toilet, transport, vending machine....
