Day 52 - Quy Nohn
We got picked up at our hotel at 7am and taken to the bus which would take us to Quy Nohn. We were the only White people on the bus, and when we got to Quy Nohn realised we were the only white people here too! It was almost dinner time when we arrived and we hadn't eaten anything yet so headed straight out for food. We walked for over an hour before finding anywhere! Everywhere we went people were staring at us, I don't think it's a good place for tourists! It was pouring down while we walked around too. We finally found somewhere! Michael ordered fried rice with chicken, and he got a plate of rice with half a roast chicken sat on top. After we ate, we got a taxi back to the hotel and spent the night watching the hotel tv. Not our favourite place we have been!
Day 53 - Quy Nohn
We woke up early today and relaxed at the hotel for a while. We have a balcony on our room which, now that it's sunny, has a beautiful view over the sea. Michael sat sunbathing on the balcony while i sat on the bed in the comfort of air con, reading our books all morning. Quy Nohn seems much nicer this morning than it did yesterday. When we got up and ready to go out for lunch, we decided to turn right out of the hotel as yesterday we had turned left and struggled to find anything. And of course, we found a lovely restaurant within 3 minutes walk from our hotel. It really was lovely, there was a beautiful view of the sea and some relaxing music playing. We both ordered seafood rice which was great and really cheap. They also had a swimming pool for customers, so we decided to spend the day here. Unfortunately, Michael got in the pool and the other people around where craning their necks to stare. So I didn't get in. After a while it was too uncomfortable so we left. We went for a walk along the beach and found a nice deserted area, so we sat their sunbathing and reading for a while. We came back to the hotel and relaxed for a while before going for dinner. We booked a bus for the next morning, leaving at 6.30am, so another early night for us.
