Good morning I have been having difficulty with using the blog but thanks to my blog mistress her skill and extreme patience. I would like to acknowledge her generosity even at this time as she cares for unwell husband Andrew- your prayers please. I send my blog entries via email, Jo then downloads and enters it and the photos I have also sent. So here I am after so many failures attempting to use the blog and have a little more time today as I rest in what has to be the most beautiful village I have ever visited , place called "Conques". It's location is stunning. I will attempt to describe it after I have my breakfast and finish.the last blog. So here goes- I will push the draft pause button and hope it does just that.
Well I have done it again! I paused for lunch came bact to the saved draft entry continued for another hour relating most recent events even changing the photo about which I wrote some trivia then pushed the save and publish and presto it all disappeared. So I will try once more to discover what I am doing wrong and if it does' work drop kick Off Exploring into the Loi river.

Jo Shears Oh, my dear Jim! Firstly, thank you for your kind words - it is a pleasure. The idea of being your "blog mistress" makes me blush!! lol Let's just stick to the system - you: "walk", I: "blog", that way we don't miss out on all your stories! Very proud of you btw...and you may have an extra skip in your step when I tell you we hit the $20,000 mark today with your sponsorship. You're a legend! We are all so proud of you and very grateful!
Kevin Bates Keep Blogging Jim - loving every step!
Michael Whelan Well done on the Wilai fund raising effort Jim. All that tramping and blogging has done some good for this kid. And for you we hope!
