Hiya all,

I'm in arlie beach at the mo, not mackay for some reason my blog would not pin point my location when i inputted airlie beach. Mackay is the next town along 15 mins south from here!! It's really nice here. It's a very small town and quiet but there are a few bars which are really good. Even though it's called arlie beach, there isn't much of a beach cus u can't go in it cus it's extremely shallow and there are loads of rocks but they have a great lagoon. I have met some great guys from england, we've been avin a mint time!! We've just got back from a 2 day sailing trip to the whitsunday's islands it was awesome!! We went to the 3rd best beach in the world, "Whitehaven beach" it was amazing. The sand was soft and was at a very high clarity, something like 98% pure. You can apperantly clean your jewerelly in it and it's meant to come up a treat!! Even though it is a world heritage sight we had a massive game ov footy with some canadians, it was england v canada and we got beat!! lol Only cus they were one player short and they had our best player who was scoring all the goals!! lol We had a great game of cricket too, not played that for ages. We went snorkling at some great places but unfortunately i still have not swam with a turtle. I saw one at the side of the boat but we wern't aloud in the water cus of the currents. The first night on the boat i didn't have a wink of sleep thought it would be a gud idea to sleep out on deck with a doctor called rebecca!! But we got rained on and it was too hot and stuffy down in the cabins. We had no air con or fans etc The 2nd night was really good everyone new each other and we played loads of drinking games and then i got blagged into having a beat box comp with a german lad who was mint!! We called it a draw and ended up doin it together, it was well funny!! The weather wasn't the best but it was better than in cairns thanks god!! ha ha This is my 5th night around here, thinking of staying here till sunday and then moving on to fraser island which is about 12 hrs south from here with some gorgeous swedish girls. The english lads are making there way upto cairns. I don't fancy going back there, i've told them they will be wetter than a mermaids purse!! lolWe are all going out 2nite, everyone from the boat trip!! It's going to be a crazy night, can't wait!!
