Apologies for not updating the site more often! I'm doing it now because we have free use of the net and we love our freebies! We have spent a few days in the Rockies now and have really enjoyed it. We have been very sleepy (not lazy) and are sure its the mountain air. I have discovered outdoor hot tubs and have made Jonny come in with me - i think he secretly likes them! We went horse riding around the Bow Lake and it rained the whole time so we got completely soaked. My horse was very wide and Jonny's was white with blue eyes! No joke! I have a pic of us on our new friends but I will add them soon! We are in Lake Louise just now and there is nowhere to eat apart from the Fairmont Chateau Hotel. I am not complaining! Just wish we could afford to stay there. Tmrw we go to Kamloops overnight on the minging Greyhound bus which is full of scum and inbreds! Oh the fun. Hope you are all good Gillian
