Sun 10th June Out on the bikes again, slightly saddle sore. Saw a road kill snake (nice!), a man gave us directions to a paddy field. Left at the mosque, once there a man exiting waved and said, "Hello where are you from?" Chatting away he said he's a retired policeman, 40611 was his badge number, and he has worked all over Malaysia. His wife was a ritered headmistress too. Fri 8th June Woken up early at 6am by a terrific rain storm, it beat off the roof with an almighty noise. Had a unintentional lie in til 10:30, he he he. Up and breakfasted (oats, apple and yoghurt, yum yum) then we quickly assembled some sandwiches for a picnic. (Love a jam sandwich for a picnic).
