Hope you both have a brill Christmas and make the most of your last few days as travellers. Look forward to standing you a fruity ale in January.
Ross
Jez/Michelle. Wishing you both a very happy Christmas.
I've managed to keep up with your travels / growth of facial hair [Jez only!] and find it hard to belive that you actually intend going back to work in 2007. Life in London has changed so much since you left and no doubt will be a shock to both of you; for e.g. we now have things called Blackberry's mean the office can get hold of us 24-hours a day - Meyrick loves it!
Don't know how much longer you have left in Argentina but given the amount of red meat that is probably building up in your intestines suggest you leave asap. We all look forward to seeing you soon and I wish you a safe jouney back.

Looking and sounding good guys, Jez I think we can officially now call you a "traveller" with that new look of yours... now more than eva I would like to see S.America. Your little amazonia expedition sounded rather exciting, not sure if those bees would have been much fun but then at least I wouldnt have had to worry about them nesting in my hair :-) Exactly three weeks and I hit the sunny SA shores for Christmas, back in Jan and look forward to seeing you guys then, lots of love and enjoy, Karyn

"Although walk was stunning, it was a bit marred for me by stomach cramps / fever etc." Classic Sharland!
John
was it dogy food or doggy food Jez had - who was cooking?
John
I have no problems with the neanderthal look - but then I would't would I.
Great to see your diary.

Hey guys, now I am very pleased to see that there is a whole lot of creativity happening here...looks like Diego is teaching you some good stuff, what fun!!! Very impressive Spanish, especially since I didnt understand one word of it, at least next time we go to Spain for a mtb holiday there will be no more feeble attempts. I am off to SA for ten days on Thurs, cant wait to see my new little nephew and some sunshine before it all comes to an end here in the UK. Well, enjoy enjoy enjoy and look forward to more stories over the next few months. Lots of love Karyn xxx

Hi there guys,
Glad to see that you are having a whale of a time. I've just finished the China part of my trip which was really awesome. I had a great time and met loads of other travellers. Jez that beard has got to go!!! Just because you have caught your woman does not mean you can become a neanderthal. Hope all is well.
Cheers
Mike

Mich - didn't think you'd done Antartica, but you seem to have found a yeti!
You look too healthy, too tanned and too happy!!!!! When you're finished, maybe you could volunteer for baby sitting for 6 months while Ant and I try this tough adventure thing?
Degsey
Too much has happended since I last visited the site - only had time to cover NZ exploits over today's office-based sandwich (how you miss that I'm sure!).
Jez's beard looks most resplendent - top work fella! Blessed or Bellamy by the time you return. Looked even better in the pictured aftermath of a high-speed skiing "off" - no pretending that you just lost your footing momentarily when you're impersonating a yeti! Like the sound of that Trickey bloke as well - you know where you are with a man on a tray!
Also most amused by tales of Arthur's Pass. Makes me feel (slightly) less embarressed when remembering that Bull and I turned back near the top, tail between legs, during our Lions trip last year. Might not have been such a blizzard (read: not at all), but sheet ice rings a bell. That said, the time it took us to drive the alternative route was not much less than you spent waiting for the gritter!
Looking forward to the S.America instalment already...
Kevin
Hi Guys
Hope you are bot well. Just had a good catch up on all your journals and now feel like getting on a plane with a RTW ticket although doing it with a 3 year old could be challenging!
All well on mud island with the end of summer well in sight as nights close in and temps battle to get over 21 degrees . . . oh well I guess we are here by choice. The joys of commuting on the bicycle - got knocked off last week by a passenger opening his door. Was taken to A&E by ambulance as they thought my right arm was broken - certainly felt like it too, but luckily just very bruised and battered. Could have been so much worse so counting the lucky stars.
Off to France on 9th Sep for a week in a villa in the Dordogne with some mates - cant wait!!
Travel safe and have fun!
Kev, Nik & Kyle and Jamie dog too :-)

I went back to Yzerfontein today with Matt - on our quest to see flowers...your house is GONE!!!
I took a pic, can email it - how sad is that!
