So yesterday I decided to stop short of my original destination of Puente la Reina, so I knew that today was going to be a bigger day than originally expected. So today is the day I finally start my journey. I was up early after a bad night sleep, my room was hot and I couldn't get comfortable plus I was excited to get started and couldn't really switch of my thoughts, because the sun doesn't come up till nearly 8am I kept myself busy packing my bag and sorting my stuff, making sure all phones and cameras were 100% charged so I didn't miss a minute of anything today. This morning I woke after 14hrs of solid sleep feeling fresh and excited to start the day. I have now totally repacked my bag, moved things around and its feeling way more comfortable than yesterday. I still think it's to heavy, now with the stuff I took as hand luggage attached to my bag I am sure it's at or over the 10kg limit I gave myself. I packed up my stuff and was out of my hotel by 9am, my Train wasn't until 11.35 so I had plenty of time to get something...

So after what seems like it took forever I am finally in my hotel room and can relax.... I made it to Madrid, and so did my bag..... I am feeling exhausted, I didn't sleep all that well on the plane (my Fitbit tells me a total of 1.35hrs to be exact) and then decided I would catch the train rather than get a taxi to my hotel, it's much cheaper and I was in no hurray haha. 4/9 12.35pm (Melbourne Time) So I am currently at my stopover gate in Doha, Qatar and this airport is amazing, I wish I had a little more time to explore it, there's heaps of shops and beautiful cafes and restaurants. As well as a lot of extremely oversized sculpture.... I was lucky enough to have an emergency exit row seat on the first flight which meant lots of legroom, however it was occupied a lot of the time by people cueing for the toilet.... Lot of interes...
