Guten Tag!

At the moment we are in Munich, Germany and what a long adventure it has been! Yesterday we had an 11 hour bus ride from Paris to Switzerland - The Swiss Alps. It was our first of many, although entertainment made the day go fast along with regular stops. Travelling through Switzerland the scenery was breathtaking! The 11 hour bus ride had totally been worth it. We travelled through mountains upon mountains and crystal clear lakes and waterfalls. We stayed in a camping village in Lauterbrunnen in a private cabin right next to a waterfall.

We didnt get in until about 7pm, but with European summer the sun doesnt go down until around 10pm. So we set off exploring, climbing up this mountain and ventured behind a waterfall for some spectacular views. We then trekked further to where we could see snow and ice on the mountains, but with sunlight falling we couldnt walk to far away. The village is extremely popular for extreme sports. On the walk back to the village base jumpers were jumping off the huge mountains and landing around us. We stayed and watched the crazy people for a while.

Switerland is definately a place we need to stop and spend more time there. Both of us have agreed that even that one night spent there, that was our favourite place so far. We were so lucky that our bus stopped there or we may have never discovered it.

At the moment we are in Munich pretty exhausted. Another 10 hour bus trip today where we stopped at Neuschwanstien for a while in Germany. This is where Disney and snow white discovered their castle. Tomorrow we are heading to a concentration camp which will be pretty interesting and staying in Munich for 3 nights.
