Hello from Slovenia...

We departed Pag, Croatia about 8am and set on our way to Ljubljana in Slovenia... We caught the ferry back over to the mainland. On the ferry I checked my emails and had a spam email that was from a girl called Madison and was meant for some guy I assume... She went on about how she is moving houses and wants to get to know the person the email was for better as she is moving to his town, she asked about his friends and then she asked if he could help her move, told her life storey about her ex-boyfriend and then talked about her job as a live webcam girl.. This is where it became obvious that this was a spam email but it was rather interesting in which I read it out to the bus... before we knew it we were on the mainland... we then had lunch and crossed the Croatian and Slovenian boarder.. We got a stamp in our passport which everyone was happy with.

We arrive in Ljubljana (pronounced Lube-Li-Ana) rest for a couple of hours where we did washing and what not. We got ready and headed into the city where we did a short walk and had some dinner at this funky little Italian cafe that had umbrellas with candles and legs coming out of the wall, funky chairs and a cool vibe... the majority ate here and it was Lizzies 21st so there were cocktails and shots... Keira and I got a little tipsy pretty quickly and after dinner the group headed to Skeleton Bar which was awesome, they had buy one get one free cocktails and we first had the crazy peach and then had sex in a disabled toilet which was hands down the best cocktail I have ever had!!!!!!!!! We took a photo of the recipe because it was that amazing!! We headed back for the bus however we couldn't quite remember where the bus was located.... we wandered the streets of Ljubljana for a good 20 mins going back and forth, this way and that way... after a bit we located the bus.. Everyone was a little tipsy and we boarded the bus... as we were very happy with ourselves for been able to locate the bus we had a Queen marathon sing-along... bohemian rhapsody and We are the champions.... we were slightly tone deaf and out of tune but of course sounded like angels..

We got back to the accommodation where a handful of us stayed up and drank... we found cider on the menu and it was amazing!! About midnight we called it a night.

We were up at 7am for breakfast and to head off to Austria going via Lake Bled. We set on our way and within an hour were at Lake Bled... It was beautiful with an island in the middle with a church on it, a castle to our right and swans and ducks swimming along. Keira and I laid out our sarongs and fell asleep for an hour... we surprisingly didn't get our toes nibbled by some curious ducks. We found tony and Phil and went and got some food. Phil was very disappointed that the cafe we went to didn't have any cheese to put on his sandwich... he heckled the waitress who had the personality of a wet blanket. We then headed back to the bus and the next stop Austria, where we will be having bbqs, some will be sky diving whilst we will be Canyoning... check in later... ciao for now
