your adventures so far have sounded amazing. Just wanted to wish you the best of luck as you embark on your next round of an exciting journey.
Hope all is well and its not to hard to bid farewell to your makeshift home of the past few months. Time has flown by back in Adelaide and it does not seem that long ago that we wished you fairwell.
Keep safe and were looking forward to seeing you back in Adelaide soon.

Hi honey,
Thought it was about time I posted another message. It was so lovely to talk to you the other night, sounds like you really enjoyed Switzerland. Loved the recent photos, particularly the ones of the country house in Devon and the Halloween photos, the biscuits were a very Jess thing to do.
Pa is playing tennis with Derek and the boys and I have just been to Burnside and met Margaret for coffee. I went and saw a house with her that she is thinking of buying in Evandale - just off Portrush Rd, very cute single fronted cottage that has been completely renovated, but needed a second opinion. It's very cute. I bought a dress at Burnside that I might wear on Christmas Day - it's red and empire line and that crushed look, quite nice!
Saw Nic and Denise last night for dinner - went to a Thai restaurant on Henly Beach Rd, had the most amazing dish that was deep fried eggplant thing, quite extraordinary! It was great to see them both. Annisa has moved out, so only Lizzie home with them.
Going to see another one of Roger's plays tonight - Granny has gone to Qld to see Chris for a couple of weeks - Rod and Loi are having a Xmas party this year the Firday before Christmas and we book our flights for OS next year.
That's about it - take care, give Andy and Tricia our love - speak to you before you head off to South America.
Lots of Love,
Ma x x x

Jessie!! You're back onto the journal entries! Yay! Do you know how much I've missed them!!???
When are there going to be more pics? Totally impressed with the cooking efforts on Halloween by the way.
Sounds like you are having such an adventure my sweet, I'm so happy for you!
Ok, so what's the big news in my world....? Um... hmmm.... gosh what a rivetting life I do lead....
Moving back to Adelaide on December 20 (pretty sure I've told you that a hundred times - I am so excited!!) Probably just moving back in with mum and dad to start off with to save some cash because they're taking the whole family to France and Italy in April - wow, I am thrilled, I can't wait!
For once, I don't think there's any new boyfriends that I have to tell you about (plenty of boyfriends, just no details I feel obligated to share... ha ha - just jokes!!)
Just working ridiculously hard these days - all week at the Eastern being an 'events co-ordinator' then Friday and Saturday nights at Tank Nightclub (FYI: my shifts start at 8 at night and finish at 7:30 in the morning - Sunday is a sleeping day! - Think they're making me a bar supervisor too which may mean longer shifts!! Oh lord.)
Enough of this whingeing and whining though! You sound happy my love and this makes me happy! Looking forward to seeing you in a few months time!

PS went home for a visit a few weeks ago and darling girlfriend of mine (do you remember Louanne? - Lived with Jacqui for a bit) just got engaged to her boyfriend - she's the first one to go out of that group of friends; I'm freaking out!!!

When I mentioned Frank Zappa an the Mothers of Invention I didn't mean you had to go to Switzerland to the scene of one of the most notorious events in their colurful history.
Don't worry about the cold - it couldn't be worse than the aluminium seats on a cold Saturday evening at Footy Park.

Hey Pessica,
Good photos! I like the rock collection photo... very cute. Well it is Saturday at 2pm. Al and I went out to dinner last night to a beautiful restaurant called The Chairman and Yip, one of the best in Canberra. We had an extravagant, but very delicious dinner, so good night all round. This morning I picked up some new sheets i bought on lay buy from Myer which was very exciting, Egyptian cotton, very nice. And now I am procrastinating writing a presentation i have to give for work, and Al is writing an essay. Think i might play Sim City instead. Al and I move in together around 15th December, and then i head home for christmas 20th December, day after my bday! So now i have to buy a stupid washing machine. At least it isn't the fridge, which Al is buying. Apparently buying white goods together is a big commitment! I don't mind, a washing machine is much cheaper than a fridge. Anyway, safe travels to South America and all the places you go in the meantime.

Am currently listening to Trains to Brazil allegedly one of the bigger hits of The Guillemots whilst I download another by them and a couple from Kasabian - who I think I prefer. The Guillemots is named after an unusual bird and sounds a bit like the Cure and Kasabian - a slightly harder to categorize band as their two songs are quite different - is named after one of the members of Charles Manson's murderous "family". What ever happened to simple band names like Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention? - I ask you!
Also taking the opportunity to download some Wolfmother, who cleaned up at the arias last night.
Daylight saving started on the weekend, and it starting to feel a bit summery. Pity about the rain though - our total for October? 1mm.
Bring back some South American jungle water when you get back.

Morning Gorgeous!
Just checked out your new photos on your photo album. I love your bedside table and the lovely mirrow Gudrun gave you. Beautiful! The houses around where you live are very pretty - fantastic colours. Glad to hear that everything is going and well. I am starting a course next month (business sales and admin) so that should be fun and will give me something to think about. Not long now to your trip - when are you off? Missing you! Love you lots, Kels xoxoxo

Dear Jess,
Wow! I have looked back on all your goergeous photos - You look very beautiful in Paris, and I wish that I could be over in Europe with about now, as I take a break from my evidence assignment! Your attention to detail in your journal entries is ao great- i feel like i know your friends from over there and the have been to the places you go! More importantly since we spoke on the phone about a month ago i believe i need more updates as to the 'man' or 'men' situation in London! Also I wanted to remind you that a jog here or there would not go astray for the hike you will embark upon in a few months. What exact date do you go to South America my dear? Also Julia Maguire is in South America- I will find out where just in case she will be near by!
I love you lots- Can't wait to see you when you get home! Prepare for a Jess and Dannii Saturday early evening preparation for a fun night out. I want a Jess Pedicure and a background romantic comedy!
It has been a crazy year. getting to speak to you every so often has been so great.
Miss you honey.
Love Dannii

Hi hot stuff! So I had that 70's disco party with the girls from work last week - was lots of fun! My hair was HUGE! I'm talking mega volume.. in fact even the word volume doesn't do it justice. It looked like I'd curled my hair, then stuck my finger in an electric socket - clearly I loved it! I'll email you some pics! Apart from that it's business as usual. Oh, actually there are some pics on Bron's blog http://bronsblog.spaces.live.com/ and you can see the dress i wore! Hope all is well with you - loved speaking to you on my birthday xoxoxoxoxoxoxox
p.s Hi Mad! Hope your trip went really well. Are you working at Vodka now? Top stuff!

Yeh Mad, that was boring. Anyway, just thought i would say hello Pessica. Eliza Fraser sent me an email with a photo she got sent of Laura's wedding with you in it. She didn't know the connection, so was very surprised that she spotted you (actually she just thought it was someone who looked a lot like you!!) - she even zoomed in and cropped the photo! Alistair and I went to the beach last weekend. Lovely weather, felt a bit like summer. I caught 3 fish with my hand reel! 2 were tiny so i threw them back, but the last one was massive! About 30 cm long and really chunky. I was really heavy so i had trouble reeling it on (only having a hand reel and all!), so it de-hooked itself, damn. But still very exciting. That's about all that has been exciting. So much ice on my car yesterday, took ages to get off. Keep having fun. Mel.
