Not something you expect to hear everyday from your nurse, but this is what she said to me today after having my second lot of Hep A & B jabs today. Apparently I need to avoid rigorous exercise after the jab and when I told her I was planning on the gym this evening, this was her response! I like this nurse more and more. Other drugs are in pharmacy fridge awaiting me for the next few weeks MMR, cholera and on the shelf Doxy. 11 weeks to go.....in the meantime I'll see you on the sofa with a bag of peanut M&Ms
