after arving late to our hostel, we werent in the best of moods and they got worse at the sight of the hostel, we werent impressed to say the least, we werent all even in a room together after bookin it injanuary, we expect better, but the mood was lifted as we went out for tea with pene and greg who also happened to be in darwin as they were doin a trip there, so we had a drink which turned into tea, whcih was nice, then we sadi our final fairwell,

in darwin we didnt do much apart from shop as that is pretty much all yo can do, there wasnt much to see really, so shoppin was the only alternative as you can imagine we were gutted!! not!

we onlt had one day in darwin so we made the most of it, just wondered round for a bit, it was absoultey boilin though so we didnt walk that far!

it was a nice little town, not as big as brisbane or cairnes but it was nice all the same! we enjoyed it there apart from the shocker of a hostel.

we even wrote a complaint letter which turned more into a novel as we were so unimpressed with it!

and that was that for oz, we had to wave it goodbye, it was heartbreaking, as we loved it there, it had become our home for the month!!
