Spent the morning sleeping while Mel went and got her hair done. After chillin out for a while i made a move to clean out some of the caravan and packed boxes. In the afternoon it was my turn to go to the hairdressers whilst Mel went shopping. Made Tandoori Chicken for dinner, i am really enjoying having a kitchen/fridge and wide open spaces to call home. Highlight today: cooking Tandoori chicken

Hung over but excited because it's special breakfast day and we are in a house (check out the pic) so nice! Went out to WaterStore to pick up Mels car. Jump started it several times then ended up towing it! Headed into town to see Janine and Shona. Ended up having beers and they cooked us Green Thai Chicken, really nice to hang out again! Highlight today: atmosphere and special breakfast (and catching up with Janine and Shona).

This morning we drove over to Carols, as we drove past our old place we both got very emotional (thinking of Oakley) so when we finally arrived at Carols we were sooking! Was so good to see Terry (for the first time) and little Ellie and how much she had grown! Surprised Lyn and the girls with a visit, so good to see them! On the way home it hailed like I've never seen before, almost a foot of hail covered the roads (pictured) Amazing stuff!! Really missed no...

Headed off down the back roads towards the country town of Renmark. The drive was very pleasant with rolling lucern fields and an abundance of old stone cottages. We were followed by rain clouds which finally erupted mid journey. It's been a while since we've had real rain so we enjoyed the sounds. We eventually passed Renmark (lots of vineyards between here and then Mildura. Strange to see greenery again! After a long drive all day we finally landed in Maron...
