After leaving Austria we headed into Hungary, we drove through an old border post reminicent of the cold war. The road we took was not a main highway so it was the back country road that we encountered. These were not in the best of condition, a patchwork of bitument and road narrow and undulating. Saturday, 3rd April fine & sunny, Visited old town of Prague, We had to go back as the 3 hour tour with a guide just skimmed over the town. so we headed back on the tram to see the sights in a more leisurely way. We walked up through a park into the Old town with a lot of other tourists and was amazed at how busy it was. After a night spent in a carpark of a freeway petrol station with lots of trucks going in and out all night we have arrived in Prague early Friday morning.
