9th September 2012 Adelaide; Australia Well now we are "home" in Adelaide and it seems we need to update the last few weeks of our travel blog. My how the time has flown. Only 6 sleeps until we board our aircraft to start another of our European adventures. This year we will have a travelling companion for the first 5 weeks. Ewout's sister Astrid is coming with us as we head east across Germany, visiting Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. After a wonderful 10 weeks housesitting in Blewitt Springs we have move back to Belair Caravan Park unti the 26th December. It is a lovely quiet campsite, handy to the city but with the advantage of the beauty of the Belair National Park next door. So we hear the sounds of the native birds during the day and the night noises of the Koalas proclaiming their territory.

We have now settled into our housesit for the next 10 weeks. It is a lovely spot surrounded by small farms and vineyards and with views to the distant Willunga Hills. We are enjoying being in a House for now, looking after our host's pets and enjoying the quiet. We think we could be very happy here, it's just the sort of place that is a perfect "tree change" area. Close enough to the city to go and do what you want, but tucked away in the hills so that you feel...

Back home in South Australia, at the moment staying with son Ryan and his family at Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills. It's been a cold return, and we are trying to adjust to our life back in the caravan.
