Got up early so we could get a start going across the Nullabor, ended up doing 700km. Stopped at a road side stop for the night, lit a fire just to get warm, cold and windy day. Heading to great Australian bite tomorrow, another big drive over the border into South Australia. Accommodation free Diesel $73-$1.66 Diesel $136-$1.95

Went had a look at the super pit what an amazing hole in the ground. The weather was only 16 and rain we were so cold. Did some shopping and had tea with frank cousin, it was nice tea and good to catch up. Packed up ready for tomorrow. Accommodation $38 Diesel $85-$1.54

Got up early and drove 250 kms to Kalgoorlie, set up in a caravan park then went to a market/ show at Coolgardie, the whole town and half Kalgoorlie turn out, it was packed. Had thunder storms and rain during the night, only going to be 16 tomorrow, what are we doing need to head back up where it us warm lol. Accommodation $38 Diesel $70-$1.66

Went to Gwalia, and old mining town, with old mining cottages still set up. Was real interesting to look at the way they lived. One of the cottages was real tiny, our van would have been bigger. They still had old furniture in them, the pub was amazing, couldn't go in it though. Accommodation free

No gold, giving up looking lol. Went back to Kookynie had another look around and a drink in the old pub. Got back to the van and had yabbies for tea and more drinks, watched the footy and went to bed. Accommodation free
