Went to the truck hall of fame, walk around looking at trucks for 2 hours, then went to Lassesters casino for lunch and a little flutter for my birthday , came back to park had a few drinks with Rob and Sue. Had a good birthday thanks for all the birthday wishes.A bit of a storm came through during the night with a little rain. Accommodation $34 Entertainment $150 Truck hall of fame $30

Booked the car in for a service on Wednesday, so will have to stay in Alice Spring until Thursday. Went for a drive to Standley Chasm had to hike up to a gorge( another one lol). Came back to park and had a swim in pool. Diesel $98-$1.77 Accommodation $34 Gorge walk $20

Made it to Alice Springs today are staying at g"day mate caravan park. Set the van up, had a shower and went and did some shopping, anybody would have thought we had never seen the shops before lol. Just going to relax for the rest of the day, might even have a dip in the pool. Diesel $115-$2.00 Accommodation $34 a night might stay 3 nights Supplies $200
