Having a cool time doing Divemaster! Tomorrow I’m up early to do an advanced course which means I’m night diving on the second day, yipeeeeeeee!!! Had a fab time today, went snorkelling over the other side of the island and saw tonnes of black tip shark.! The walk to the otherside of the island turned into abit of a trek and by the time we all arrived we were dripping in sweat! Hay hay hay! Been pretty busy here doing LOADS of diving and classroom stuff! Having such a fab time doing the Open water courses and next I'm to assist with the Rescue and Advanced stuff! Got my first exam on physiology later so lets hope I pass!!! Went out yesterday to Chumpton dive site which is deep dive 20-30m, waves were huge and drifted quite a distance from our boat! Had a mission swim back to the boat but was great fun dragging the OWs back....S...

Hay hay.....Just a quickie! Have been doing the Divemaster course a few days now, today we spent time learning some of the skills/drills (mask clearing, buddie breathing etc) for each course.We learnt how to teach them correctly to a group of students!The dive instructor has to grade each of our skill demos out of 5........Sooooooo many skillls to learn so will be busy perfecting them over the coming weeks! Tomorrow I have to assist with the confined open water ...

Just a quick entry as internet very expensive here!! Yeah I've decided to stay in Koh Tao for about a month and do my Divemaster qulaification (Kind of like an assistant dive instructor)...REALLY excited about it!!!! After I've done it will head down to Bali to meet Jo again! Yesterday I had an introduction to the course and a lecture on the PHYSICS of diving! Almost feel like I'm back at school again! Was all good and seems like I will be very busy...

This place is beautiful!I'd say it was the least commercial island of the three! It has lovely long sandy beaches, beautiful clear waters, fantastic sunsets and hills behind untouched and full of lush green palms! It is like paradise here and my favourite "Koh" island so far!
