Hey All,

Since Calgary we visited Banff (only for lunch) and stayed in a nice place called Revelstoke. The last day was spent in Vanc in the same scummy hostel. We had a diff room from last time but this one too smelt of wee! We have vowed NEVER to stay in hostels agin. Sponging off relatives is much nicer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was sad to leave Canada as we made some good friends with our relatives and leaving meant that we were on our last country bringing us ever closer to our return date. : - (

So now we have made it to the big U S of A. At the moment we are in Newport beach in the O.C, to those who watch the program, I have been trying to find the Cohens residency but have had no luck as yet! Maybe I'll see Ryan fighting someone on the beach front, who knows!

Traffic is an absolute nightmare here and due to a leg injury that Rob has sustained, I am doing all the driving. Rather convinient if you ask me!!! It is even worse than being on the A2 on a Mon morning.

Tonight we have been to a pirate dinner theatre show. So many people in the audience were dressed in pirate gear - I just wished I had my beard!!! All the West Bay pirate beard posse would have loved it. I wish there was something similar at home. Rob went very crazy and was whooping with delight, he was also supporting the Captain when he wanted to kill the female characters. Nice!!!

We have done lots of shopping on fashion Island (another O.C ref) and even got our hair cut in Toni and Guy as this way we could afford it. Good old pound making us richer than we really are!

Tomorrow we will go to LA to visit Paris Hilton in jail and I hope to find Angel Investigations and Rob wants to get a job at Wolfram and Hart (Angel ref). Rob hopes to see the fantastic 4 at the mann chinese theatre. I can't wait (please note a hint of sarcasm in my voice!)
