Hi well here i am in freezin cold Australia, yes its only 3 degrees here, I havent been so cold since i left uk!!!! WELL SAW THE ORANG'S AND MONKEYS AND CROCS IT WAS AMAZING AND IT REALLY DOES RAIN IN THE RAIN FOREST AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE AT THE LONGHOUSE THAT I STAYED AT. YOU CAN SEE ALL THE ANIMALS SO WELL AND GET SO CLOSE SOME U DON'T WANT TO BE THAT CLOSE 2. THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND MADE U FEEL REALLY WELCOME, THEY DO LIKE THEIR RICE WINE 2 WHICH DOESNT TASTE TOO BAD THEY DONT HAVE HARDLY ANY MOD CONS AND STILL ARE HAPPY.

We arrived wed eve so got a couple of days to see other stuff in and around Sarawak and Kuching, so its the Orangutans and crocs today hopefully the photos will be good and they wont pinch my camera, which ive been told that they quite often do Also going on a rainforest trek and hopefully to one of the national parks, but will depend on the time available. Hi well started my S.S.I diving course on wednesday, passed the theory so first dive on thurs am !!!! :-( managed to get into the water with all the kit on, going in BACKWARDS which aint normal!! but did it then had a fantastic time in the afternoon we had learnt all our skills !!! HI,well arrived in Kota kinabulu safe and sound on saturday, then STUPIDLY booked to go on an over night trip to Mount Kinabulu 4066m high fom base camp, 11000m from sea level !!!!!!! I have never walked so high and so hard in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! (see the photos ) I came back down the moumtain on monday and have never been in so much pain my legs aint stopped hurtin yet, I can hardly walk
