HI,well arrived in Kota kinabulu safe and sound on saturday, then STUPIDLY booked to go on an over night trip to Mount Kinabulu 4066m high fom base camp, 11000m from sea level !!!!!!! I have never walked so high and so hard in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! (see the photos ) I came back down the moumtain on monday and have never been in so much pain my legs aint stopped hurtin yet, I can hardly walk
