Hi everyone, hope?ur all?ok,

Well had a strange couple of days,DIDN'T have my tattoo done went to look at the drawing and Chloe could have done a better job, so thought i'd pass on that one, unless i can find someone who can draw !!!!

I then went to a posh hotel and used their pool all afternoon,and got burnt!! yes me who never does. still a bit sore today but im bein brave :-) Had my 1st dodgy belly last night, not bad after nearly 2 weeks (it really feels like longer) but am ok 2day

Went and did some more meditation, don't think i like this peace and quiet lark, not used to it !!!! so gonna give that a miss 2moro :-) went to a cafe after and they were playin james blunt and rod stewart songs, thought all i need now is snow patrol - chasin cars then theyd have my cd collection.  made me feel a bit homesick tho, but never mind got to get on with it :-)

Went to MORE temples today (rach there's thousands of them, so not alot else to see, but they are beautiful) met some saduus, no not sad b******s they are real holy men they look like bob marley from nepal :-) with dreds and smokin wierd stuff, u'd never guess what they do to stop any lustful feelings.................. better not write it on here, will let u all know in a text, but its very painful and i aint a bloke, but maybe i should have done the same to a couple of my ex's ha,ha

This eve i went for dinner at a nepalise rest'nt  and they had traditional dancin, but it was a 2ft 6 dwarf dancin i couldn't stop starin, looked really strange!!!

anyway gonna go now coz i'm off trekin in the mountains at 4am gonna see the sunrise then head up to about 2000 ft, don't know if thats a long way or not but if it is i hope ther's a chair lift !!! will let u know how far i get, (ross we should have trained on hills, not pubs :-) )
