Today we set off on our 'Fraser Island' trip. Thursday - Up early to meet the trip instructor who showed us the 4x4 and went over once again the driving procedure. He then waved us off with Annie driving and me map reading. We went to "Woolworths" to get the food supplys for the trip (very easy to make meals!) and then I drove us to the barge. We reached 'Harvey Bay' today (Wednesday) after a 5h coach ride from 'Noosa'. We are in 'Harvey Bay' to do our 4x4 roving adventure on 'Fraser Island'!! I met up with Neeley and Anne-Marie in 'Brisbane' on Monday morning and we headed off to catch the Greyhound bus to 'Noosa' at 10am. Well I have reached 'Alice Springs'. I took a flight from 'Brisbane' at 7.10am Wednesday morning, and travelled via 'Adelade', getting into 'Alice Springs' at lunchtime. Hello from 'Brisbane'! I am all alone, Annie and Neeley are in 'Helensdale' at the moment and I have a few days here before heading off to 'Alice Springs'.
