Hi everyone! Today we arrived in Hue. It's a lovely little town, south of Vietnam. Such a nice break from the busy city of Hanoi. The beeping of the crazy cars got way too much. It was insane! They literally beep at nothing. We saw a water puppet show in Hanoi which was quite an "experience".. hmm.. explain all later. The gold turtle needs to be described in person, can't do it justice otherwise.. it's was too.. gold. Today we had lunch in a quiet little cafe with Shannon and Tonya and then went for a stroll to see the town after a game of poooool. Later, the rest of the group went on a tour around the purple palace, while Jen and I caught up on our sleep- The bouncy overnight train kept me up all night again and Jen wasn't feeling too good. Ok now though so parents don't worry your hats off! We've just been for our meal- Shrimp satay and flour and egg parcels. haha. . Tails was a treat! dumpling girl. Our hotel room is lovely again, with a balcony (although the plant that takes up 10 times the actual size of the space is starting to get rips in it!) We're both quite tired after a couple of cocktails and up early in the morning to go on a perfume river boat trip . Then we are going on a motorbike tour which should be fun! Excited about the wind.
