Buenos Aires must be a city of vampires. How else can you explain a nightclub that is jam packed at six in the morning ... on a Tuesday? Buenos Aires!!! Said to be the Paris of South America because the city is so much more European than it is Latin American. Today I took a tour of the famous mine in Potosi that estimates say claimed at least 8 million lives over 3 centuries of Spanish Colonial rule.
