Hello everyone, Iam writing this from the libary in the Buddhist temple we are staying at. It is a temple were they train young monks up, so it is quite big and there a couple of giant buddahs. We are learning the basics of the religion as well as meditation whilst sitting and walking. I am actually pretty interested in the meditation but sometimes we are forced to do quite religious stuff as well which is interesting but i dont feel right doing things like bow...

The picture is of the old capial-Ayutthaya which we visited yesterday-lots of old temple ruins and buddahs every where. Tomorrow i go jungle trekking!I am a bit scared because last night i saw a huge, 8ft python-i just hope none of them creep up on me in my sleep. Hello! I have started my project away from jon (boohoo) and am in central thailand staying in a house with 12 other people, learning tai language, cooking and going to see some temples and stuff. Next week we go jungle trekking, the next we stay in a monastry and then go to a beach.0000. The month after that i will be teaching in an orphanage up north in chang mai.
