Friday 23rd January The illusive irrawaddy dolphinsLeft the hotel at 9 am this morning and arrived at our hotel just after 12. We have a new minibus now and it's a bit smaller than the other so bit more cramped if you're not lucky enough to get a good seat. 30mins to freshen up then all out to lunch. I feel a bit stuffed with all the food we've been having but on the plus side, mostly beer or cocktails at the bar so not too much alcohol for me just the odd 2 or 3...

Monday 19th January Cambodia Left hotel 8am this morning for ride on Tuk-tuk. Passenger on motorbike was an option but we opted for Tuk-tuk and due to the fact that the roads were very potholed I'm glad we did. Our first stop was to ride on the bamboo train. The Frence used to rule Cambodia but when they became independent, the railway line fell into disrepair. Now there is no railway at all now, in Cambodia. Saturday 17th January. Chilled out at our hotel today before heading to the Centra Central Station hotel. Arrived at the Centra at 4ish. Our room is nice but it's often an option here to have a room with or without windows. Ours has no windows which seemed weird when we arrived but only in the room whilst we moved our luggage around so we could leave a bag at the hotel with our excess baggage (we have a lot of that) so not a problem.
