Hey out there!!!
Just a quick update!!
We are now in San Francisco- that means we have now made it from one side of America to the other!! We made it all the way across!! woohoo!! East coast to West coast!! awesome, as they say over here...!
San Fran is really cool- up there with New York- plus the sun is shining- we both got slightly burnt today!!
We have just got back from Fishermans Wharf- which is a big seaside/harbour area, and is really nice. We saw the golden gate bridge in the distance- we are looking forward to seeing it up close- we plan to hire bikes and ride across it once Rob gets here- speaking of which, he arrives tomo- bringing some of our summer clothes, which is cool!!
Since we were by the sea- we decided to try some seafood- I nearly had crab- there are loads of street stalls selling fresh crab, where they boil it infront of you, then you get a mallett and fork to smash into it and eat it!!! mmmm...!! decided to wait for that tho- and we just had clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls, and it was lovely. I love fresh seafood- so its all good.
Wandered around San Fran a bit, and its cool! Be good to see Rob again, and carry on seeing more of San Fran too. We plann to go to Alcatraz and see that, and also bike the bridge as mentioned earlier!- we also wanna see Lombard street, apparantly the curviest road in the world?! Will be cool to just look round, as there is so much here.
We are also in an English themed hotel- The King George, which is kinda random, but cool. We move tomorrow tho, once Rob arrives!!
