Ciao! We're in Florence! We got in yesterday at 9 in the morning, dropped our packs at the hostel and went out (thats generally our pace, really really fast). We went to the Uffizi first and I went in there again. Then we went to the Palazzo Vecchio and to that flea market by the Duomo. We went back to the hostel and hung out with these two Canadian girls, Erin and Becky, that we had met in the line for the Uffizi. They were cool and Erin and I hit it off completely...reminded me a little Kristie. Wes and Erin developed a little relationship thing and it was very cute.

The next day the four of us went to Pisa and I can now say I've climbed the Tower of Pisa twice! We went to Monterosso after that (the beach by La Spezia we visited) and were there for about an hour. Our train ride back for some reason lasted FOREVER. We left La Spezia at 6ish and get back to the hostel at 10:15. We went to dinner across the street and then hung out with the other people at the campsite (our hostel this time is actually tent type things at a campsite. We're doing the same thing in Rome. Its only like ?15 a night.

Today so far we went to the Bargello which is a fortress thing and it was cool. Saw Donatello's David being renovated or whatever its called. We're gonna go to the Accademia and the Duomo and other places today also. We want to make it an early night tonight cause we have to get up at 5 to make the 6:28 train to Venice for a day trip.

Sorry to say this Mom but I am loving this trip and I never want it to end. I'm already planning my next one and want to make it a round the world trip. Well I gotta go now cause Wes is making me move but I'll talk to you all later :)
