#155, 156, 157 and 158 - Carrig Pale Ale, Blue Moon, Harp and Caladonia Smooth (Irish) - Drove from Tralee to Dublin today. Just in case your worried about the beers I am consuming and then driving...my dad is driving not me. So we drove from one side of Ireland to the other...in 3 and a half hours, I don't think you can do that in a state of Australia. We stopped off in three spots on the way. We went to Limerick and saw the castle. Then when headed to Kildare for lunch. Just near that stop was the national Irish stud...so I guess you could say the Australian national stud visited the Irish National Stud. This was the home of Melbourne cup winner Vintage Crop who passed away earlier this year at age 26. Also it is where some of the Queens champion horses have been trained. From there we got back on the highway and within 10 minutes we had past 3 horse racing courses! I may just come back here one day. Once we found our accommodation (which is always an adventure) dropped the car back and had a rest before we headed to traditional Irish music pub crawl. The guides/musicians were great and it was a good night.
