We set out on Costa Rica's local bus system again for the National Park area of Manuel Antonio. Some minor collateral damage in the process: Jansen left his breakfast eating spoon and container on the bus. The horror! We actually spent an unreasonable amount of time roaming the streets of a nothing town trying to find the bus park until we stopped, took a look at our priories and bought a new box of cereal.

Relentless rain aside, we saw much beauty in the area - gorgeous beaches of warm, clear water, lush coastal forest and some local wildlife too. In more favourable weather it would be so easy to stick around for longer, alas we have an agenda to keep moving onwards so we bid farewell to the hostel with a great view and hustled further south after one night.
