Yesterday we had a trip to Philip Island .... Very civilised .... Just four of us and a guide. Two hours drive but stopped at a farm on the way for a cream tea and also lucky to stop and see some Pelicans and a seal eating the scraps from a local fisherman.Saw some koala and wallaby .... Much more natural than the zoo park we saw previously .... Even though they were in a park they are only handled once a year for a health check.We then made our way to the beach on Philip Island to await the little Penquins that come ashore nightly..... Hundreds walk up the beach right in front of us and go back to there burrows to feed ther chicks ....... Amazing .... Sadly no photos as the flash hurts the Penquins eyes ! Fab day xx
