We had a great journey overland, Mount Cook was always in sight, the landscape is changing and the air is getting warmer.We stopped at Lake Tekapo to visit THE CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD, what a beautiful church and whoever is in the pulpit has a view all the way up the lake,the other windows are stained glass,lovely.

The campsite that night was very "country" set in trees and a wee burn running through it, the owner was an English chap, he had been out here for a few years.The kitchen was great it had a wood burning fire in it, showers very nice!!

Next stop Kaikoura, hope to go on a Whale Watch trip.
