Hi one and all. Since my last blog I have gone through all of Ecuador, most of Peru (twice!) and some of Bolivia. After all that travelling (and avoiding the earthquakeby 300km) , Im in big need of a break so Im here in Quito, waiting to fly out to the Galapagos tomorrow. Will be out of touch for 10 days, but will return with a whole wealth of photos. Hope all is well. Ja

How do all. After a relaxing and crazy week and a half in Panama (cheers Mike), its back onto the backpacker lifestyle, cold showers, s*** burgers etc. Flew into the second highest Capital in the world (quite an experience in itself), and now gonna head through the delights of Ecuador on my way down to Peru.
