Just in case you were in any doubt, the photo shows James's bag (up front) packed and ready to go and Nicola's bag (at back) full but certainly not ready. Everything else is the stuff that Nicola was planning to take but hasn't quite managed to squeeze in.

James appears to think he only needs two pairs of pants and a pen knife. Nicola seems to think she needs five different colours of sarongs, a large cowboy hat and her remaining Easter eggs. Neither seem to think that having booked their first few nights of accommodation by now would have been a sensible idea.

James is to blame for not ordering a shipping crate to Bali. Nicola is out of shot and sulking. Great start!
