We spent a few days relaxing in the lovely waterside town of Kuching on the other side of Malaysian Borneo - Sarawak. We wandered up and down the river and took a boat ride at sunset. It was relaxing, but not as relaxing as we would have liked thanks to a big fat man who persisted on getting up and down and due to his obesity effected the balance in the water, we rocked all over the place! We were entertained by a group of children who were showing us their jumping in water skills.

We explored the town of Kuching, we went to the museum, war memorial and weird aquarium that was more like a fish shop! We enjoyed the very cheap cinema, when we finally found it, it was the Bermuda triangle of cinemas. James wasn't feeling that well and I found a local cafe that served cheap and tasty food so when he was feeling better we went back a few more times.
