We bought frosties and milk for our breakfast today. I was so tired as didn't sleep well at all. My throat was very painful, felt like it was burning and swollen. I was struggling to drink well so couldn't be bothered to drink water.

We got a shuttle to a place where we then got a people mover to Venice. A people mover is a tram that moves overheads.

As soon we arrived, we saw a market that sells hats so I bought myself a straw cream hat which Jacob thinks I look pretty in! We had a walk around and I was grateful for the alleys as it gave us shade so I was feeling cool.

Venice is gorgeous. I love it. Small alleys, bridges and little canals everywhere! Gondola was expensive so we didn't go on one! Some people have told us that Venice smells bad but me and Jacob didn't think so.

We had a slice of pizza for our lunch and agreed to visit few more places tomorrow. I was feeling ok at early afternoon and as soon we went in Ducacle palace I felt so awful.

We had our dinner at one restaurant, Jacob had spaghetti bolognese and I just had penne with tomato sauce. We had rather good sized coca cola so we were chuffed with that!

We then went to the train station area and looked at an alley with full of shops. We looked for masks to buy but we had no luck as they were too big or too small, or not well made which was a shame. I did see some I liked but I decided to wait for tomorrow to look at more shops.
I had a hair wrap made! As I was getting it done, there were two travellers sitting down and watching. They looked like proper travellers and when Jacob asked how long they have been travelling, I was so shocked when she answered FOUR YEARS!!

Jacob is being paranoid with how much weight he has lost and the travellers we met, the man was so thin so he was hoping he won't be like that when he comes home!

We got half 9 bus back to the camping area and I was feeling a lot worse so hoping for a good night sleep.
