Most of Christmas day was spent on the road through the quaint and picturesque Cotswolds, then passing through Snowdonia, which was probably my favorite part of the whole trip so far. I just have a soft spot for big rural mountainous regions. The greatest bit was how it started to get darker just as we were going through, meaning that we saw everything in all forms of daylight. And of course I'm also still amazed that sheep exist.
