Weather picked up here dad is filling another skip but the mound of builders rubble does not seem to budge, going down I think we will need another one. Moved the greenhous and dad has now got peppers, toms and cucumbers growing. Mike survived his stag night . I went on Kirsty's to the comedy club it was a great night a bit more civilised than the lads. You have to be up early Sun 6th when you get back liz for a dress fitting inh Stone at 9' o clock, hair on Tues, Glasses Tues ,nails Fri. Don't think I have forgotten anything else. Everyone is well and looking forward to your return. Have fun in t6he big apple and don't forget to shop!!!!

Dear Jack and Liz,

Bula to you too. It’s really good to see that you have arrived safely after the trauma of the last few days in Auckland. And the bumpy landings are always the best. Fiji looks and sounds like heaven. Never mind all those stolen clothes - I can’t imagine you will need to wear much in Paradise.

Your descriptions of your adventures are getting weirder with every entry - zorbing down Mount Doom, black water rafting, the glow-worm tour and jet-boating through a hole in the wall, never mind the Thong Thief. And what is ‘Mammoth walking’ ?

Talking of holes in the wall, I have transferred some money into Jack’s account today - or at least I think I have. The bank staff in the local Halifax bank were completely stressed out at the prospect of moving money from one bank to another. But hey, that’s just the hi-tech twenty-first century for you.

We are going down to Alderley on Sunday to see Grandma and the Shrimps (sounds a bit like a rock-band, doesn’t it ?) Joe and Sarah are back in the Boro on Sunday. Britta’s in Portugal. Charl is playing a new Super Mario game next door (students, eh ?) Nik is still at work and I am about to go and play five-a side.

Not heard for a while is everything OK

Text from Lesley and Dek. They now have motorhome and have met up with you. You can now show them around NZ. They are looking forward to having a hot bath in the thermal pools. You look to be having the most amazing time! I am sooo jealous! Looking through the piccies brings back some amazing memories, especially whitsundays and fraser island, how nice is it camping in the sand dunes with camp fire and sandy sausage butties! I'm so glad your having such a good time, i knew u would.

Looking through your photos of OZ made me wish I was back there so much. I think i might have stayed in the same hostal in Airlie beach...Magnums? And Brisbane, was that night club in fortitude valley? I stayed 2 mins away from there. You obiously saw the bridge that caused me the damage, pretty stupid hey!

Jack, where was the skydive? Over a glacier by looks of things, how did you find it? It looks stunning.

And the scuba diving...thats what makes me mad, isn't it incredible! I wish I was with you sooo much. If you've got any pennies left when you get to fiji you must try one there, so beautiful.

Anyways, enjoy yhe rest of your trip, come home safely and can't wait to here your stories!

Hi Liz and Jack, Glad to see you looking so fit and well.  Haven't heard from Lesley and Derek since they left HK.  Probably mad at me texting that Wolves had beaten Baggies one nil!! They should be meeting up with you soon in their motor home .
