Hi All

Well since we last wrote the weatehr has been pretty much the same although yesterday we did have glorious sunshine. Its gone back to being drizzly now and typically autumn weather.

We went from Hamilton to Whakatane for the night but didnt do much as the weaterh was so bad. We did however go to the cinema to see a New Zealand film called B;ack Sheep. Nopt sure if its in England or if it ever will be but its about some genetically modified sheep that turn into killers and eat people and when they bite you you turn into a giant sheep that eats humans. As you can guess it was a horror comedy and wasnt too bad. We thought we should embrace the culture a lttle and see some fims that were made in NZ.

From Whakatane we headed through Tauranga which was on the coast. We were supposed to meet up with a couple we met in OZ but they ended up being delayed and we never to to meet them. We did however meet up with James Cave. He lives not far away and he took us on a tour of Tauranga which was really good. We went down to the Harbour at lunch and had fish and CHips (Jack had a pie!!!!!) on the water front. James is someone that my nan and grandad traced through family history and when they came to NZ they visited him and kept in contact. We met a few other Cave's too which was nice as i didnt think there were many left. Apparently there are loads in NZ i think they must have all emigrted there!!!!

Anyway were in Auckland now and spending the day looking round the shops, going to the marina and checking out the Art Galleries.

We were walking down the street just and we bumped into Jacks brother Joes friend called Helen from Boro, small world ay !!!!!!

I think we have sorted out plans for USA now and found a cheap hotel on the stip called Circus Circus to stay at. Im hoping Jack wins some moeny for us so we can go and see the Circ du Soliel show "o" which i would love to watch.

Anyway thats all for us now, Speak again soon before we go to Fiji.
