Day 16 Mariposa to Tahoe Long drive today. First 50 mies or so were on a really windy, up and down Highway 49 Stopped in Sonora for a leg stretch. Another famous old western town. Day 13 Three Rivers to Mariposa After a great stay seeing Sequoia we set off for Yosemite. Interesting drive through a farming area where we just turned left, drive 10 miles, Turn right drive 10 miles and repeated about 3 times. We saw a total of 5 cars and 1 guy in a field. Day 9 Long full day today, Universal Studios by day and Hollywood by night. We booked on a tour which was a little expensive but in the end worth it as the guide told us a lot about Hollywood. Day 7 & 8 San Simeon - Cambria Arrived at the San Simeon lodge which was fairly good. Next day spent the day in Cambria, a lovely typical small American coastal town.
