since when is it a foul to push your own player over in order to score. :/ never mind dont have to get up at stupid hours to watch the games anymore so its not all bad. got me a sweet job in an internet cafe now also to eek out the hours until i go to Japan :D

Nooooooooooo! The heartbreak. Brings back memories of France 98 (i think) - against the host nation when a Sol Campbell goal was disallowed. That went to penalties too and we lost then. And Becks??? what happened??! Rooney off injured... what a shame. Next time. we'll get it right next time. Prolly because we didn't have a good football anthem like 'it's coming home' to unite the nation. Bother to it all. Right - well, Portugal to win the tournament then please.

We're singing for ENGLAND!! ING-GER-LAND!!! yay! Rooney what a hero. tried my best to blend in with the hooligans in an earl's court pub by tying an england flag as a bandanna round my head. I think that my work suit, coupled with a lack of fading 'mum forever' tattoos gave me away as an imposter tho. Plus one pony tailed (balding on top) guy told me that if i really wanted to be a hooligan, i would have to punch his mate in the face. which i didn't really fancy doing. Bring on the Croats! xx

Having trouble finding somewhere to watch the football. The difference between Portugal & Australia mean that most of the games are on at 4 in the morning. We are all keen to watch them though. So here's hoping England go all the way to the final.
