hey julie, crikey the older (and -perhaps balder) i get, the more ppl have started saying the nick cage thing, i get it a lot in japan, so much so thta i actually know the japanese word for resemble which considering i know very few words is suprising... sadly nick cage is not considered handsome over here :( still ill take it as a complement and im glad your enjoying the photos. :P

At your Mum's for lunch and they have been showing me the website. Must say that you look really happy and Akiko is beautiful. Hope to get to meet her sometime. Just wanted to wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Understand that the Japanese don't celebrate Christmas very much so next time you are in England we will all get together and have a Christmas dinner! As the last remaining member of the trio still stuck in Australia, ive posted some photos of my last few days - I leave on Thursday morning for Hong Kong....

New pictures everyone! We finally got the Taj Mahal up on the website. There are also the remaining photos of Vietnam - birthday pictures included. Both Verity & I did indeed have super bithdays in Vietnam, choosing dog steaks for birthday meals each time. Did appreciate the message Phil, could you tell Ian that we hope to be round for Christmas!

Hope you had a super birthday Si, must say Ian is pretty upset that you didn't reply to his e mail, he sent one to Lee who didnt respond either, he got confused cos it was from my address and the fact that Ian attempted to be cryptic about who it really was, so Lee got scared!! he asks me everytime he's round if you've written back, I should humour him really and say yes and come up with an elaborate story about the internet being down (actionally i reckon i could get away with telling him the internet is no more, he's so computer illiterate) it'll be easier if you just reply dammit!! it was the first e mail ian has ever sent what a loser!! i told him to put down his quill and i went all electronic on his ass! all is well here, as we approach xmas will attempt to organise a night out/wait for steve to get back and let him do it
